Filature LCS

Filature LCS was known to be a bonneterie. The name can be easily misunderstood as a hat factory,  but in fact it is sewing factory. To enter was difficult; the only way is through a high window half opened, heavily surrounded by nettles and blackberries. But the inside was quite surprising; with the sewing equipment being really modern, and many negatives with sewing patterns for the machines were found.

You should really learn to use nicknames……this one is called Filature LCS…they broke into the place twice lately thanks to people using the real name on the internet…no good.

I’m really sorry about that, I didn’t know the name at all at the beginning, and the friends I went to this location with just told me that name, which they use later, and which I ended-up using too. I will change the name now on my website. Thanks, I completely agree with you on this, please tell me if you see this kind of mistake again on my website!

        He man no problem.
I found that place 2,5 years ago…..still wondering who ever passed it on to all the foreign explorers.
Very sad to see a lot of vandals have already been in there since my last visit.
Great site keep it up man, and thx for changing.

That’s cool you found this place yourself :) Did you just spot it randomly? It seems it’s not the most famous ruins though, I’m not sure foreign explorers destroyed the place… It’s also well-locked and not easy to access, so children can’t have done it. Did it change a lot during those years? Do you have a link to your photos? That would be super.
